EV Charger Installation
Fast, reliable Level 2 charging for your home or business. We specialize in complex condo and multi-unit residential setups.
How Fast is Level 2 Home Charging?
While many electricians can install a simple home charger, Luminous Electric specializes in the technically complex niche of condo and multi-unit residential EV charging. We guide you from association approval to final installation, ensuring all safety and load requirements are met.
How Our Multi-Unit Solution Works:
Our proprietary load management system splits power between the meter and your unit. It detects total panel consumption and delivers power only when the panel is below capacity, ensuring no impact on the condo's overall load calculation or shared utility infrastructure.
We are the premier EV Charging Service provider in North Jersey, installing Tesla Wall Connectors and Level 2 Universal Chargers for all major brands:

Load Calculations
We verify if your panel can handle the 40A-60A draw of a fast charger.
- 🔌
Hardwired vs Plug-In
Hardwired installations offer higher speeds and better weather resistance.
Rebates & Incentives
You may be eligible for significant utility rebates from PSE&G or Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) for Level 2 charger installation. We provide the documentation you need for your claim.
